Monthly membership is $35.00 automatic withdrawal. Personal fitness regimen included. The regimen is designed for your specific needs. Note: There is a $20.00 one time fee for the key card ( NO CONTRACTS ).
One on one Personal training:
Non-members : Ten 35 minute sessions, $275.00, by appointment.
Members: Ten 35 minute sessions, $225.00. Plus a monthly discounted membership, $25.00, automatic withdrawal.
Members save $60.00

Nutritional analysis, body composition and Nutrition plan is $200.00 per client.
Nutritional analysis consists of current nutritional habits analyzing it and developing a healthy alternative. Nutritional designs are created by Nutrition Maker. Body composition sets a foundation to follow to see and track results.
