The body needs proper nourishment, conditioning, strengthening, and rest. Spend time with yourself. See to it that you program your body for what it is asking.

Take ACTION! Change from the outside in.
Believe it or not we don't all wake up energized and positive to blast through our day with total excitement. It can be a major challenge to defeat the hum drum attitude. In most cases, it is a matter of generating more energy with a strong zest for success. One could say exercise, think, and be positive! It's that simple, or is it? To reach the level of success you desire, you must change.
Start this new change from the outside in, meaning you must look in the mirror, or test your strength level and assess your condition. Once you and your medical doctor evaluate your condition, find a way to move your body. This is the hard part because you are searching for the energy to feel good to exercise. However, once you start to move your body, the energy will follow. Once the foundation of a good work ethic starts to set in, then it is time to focus on the positive. Thinking positive is hard, real hard. Suggestion: if you find it hard to think positive, then READ positive. Find books that suit your needs and read. There is an old quote that holds much truth: You will be the same person five years from now except for the people you meet and the books you read.
The change you are creating is to feel better, look better and to think smarter, so you most importantly never go back to the way you were before.
