 Personal Training

To obtain the best results possible, whether you are a superb athlete looking to remain
in the winners circle, or you are looking to develop a stronger healthier body, then personal
training is for you. Personal training will teach you how to balance your body, strengthen your 
core and shape your body through a carefully selected fitness regimen to fit your specific needs.

One on one Personal training:
Non-members : Ten 35 minute sessions, $275.00, by appointment.          
Members: Ten 35 minute sessions, $225.00. Monthly membership, $25.00, automatic withdrawal.
Members save $60.00

One on one Personal Training: 
Non- members: Ten 45 minute sessions, $375.00, by appointment.
Members: Ten 45 minute sessions, $325.00. Monthly membership, $25.00, automatic withdrawal. 
Members save $60.00
Note:
There is a $20.00 one time fee for the key card.


Nutritional analysis and body composition is $100.00 per client.
Nutritional analysis consists of current nutritonal habits analyzing it and developing a health
alternitive.
Body composition sets a foundation to follow to see and track results.

24/7 monthly membership is $35.00 automatic withdrawal.  Personal fitness program included.
